Inventory every financing claim. Check the dedicated page, service pages, banners, pop-ups, estimate form, footer, paid landing pages, email templates, image text, and structured data. Record the provider-approved source, owner, and expiry date for each rate, term, payment, or eligibility statement.
Describe the first click accurately. Label an information request, eligibility check, prequalification, or application according to the provider's actual flow. If the credit-inquiry effect is unknown or can change by product, direct the visitor to provider disclosures before submission instead of guessing.
Test the external handoff. On mobile and desktop, verify HTTPS, provider domain, contractor/dealer attribution, back navigation, accessible disclosures, error recovery, and the route for questions. A broken or surprising redirect is a trust problem even when the lender owns the destination.
Protect application data. Keep sensitive financial data on the authorized provider flow. Audit analytics, chat widgets, session replay, URL parameters, and confirmation pages so application details are not copied into contractor systems or marketing tools without a documented need and lawful basis.
Maintain and retire offers. Assign a person to review lender, product, link, disclosure, and promotion status. When terms change, update visible copy and structured data together. Remove a program cleanly rather than leaving an application button that fails after the homeowner has chosen a project.
